Rob Lucas, Co-Founder
Rob has been retained by Fortune 500 Companies, international trade organizations, mid-caps and startups for his ability to identify and execute high-risk and business critical projects. Based on his extensive experience in the disaster recovery industry, he became an expert in service industries that rely on specialized equipment, science driven solutions, innovative technologies, and processes.
Through the unique demands of a field-based, national, service and equipment intensive business, Rob has become an expert in large- losses, execution, field operations, and billing. He has applied his uniquely innovative approach to many companies with great success. Rob is a successful entrepreneur and attended the University of Cincinnati where he majored in Criminal Justice.
Erin Springer, Co-Founder
Erin has founded, managed, coached, and invested in many successful businesses. Erin served as an adviser to world-wide executive leadership during her time in Finance with Johnson & Johnson. She designed and implemented the premier Medical Affairs surgeon consultant program for DePuy Orthopaedics.
Erin is the Co- Founder of OrthoPediatrics Corp (NASDAQ ticker KIDS) where she served as Vice President & General Manager during concept, funding, start-up and operating phases. She is the founder of WishBONE Kids, a non-profit organization established to encourage rare bone disease research. Erin served as an Economic Development Ambassador working to attract expansion and relocation of international orthopedic suppliers.
Erin is a Licensed Financial Professional, a Fiduciary and has a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Indiana University.
