ER Adverse
Event Planning
Following a disaster or adverse event, actions taken during the first 12-48 hours are a critical factor in the optimal path to full business recovery. Maven’s ER program allows our business clients to establish a plan for access to experts BEFORE a loss happens. This readiness can mean the difference between optimal operational recovery and unnecessary interruptions, loss of revenues, and additional damage.
Existing Adverse Event Procedure Integration
Our ER plan is structured to work with your existing emergency procedures. The ER plan includes pre-registration with Maven’s Command Center so that when a disaster strikes, you are one step ahead. Command Center contact information is integrated into your procedures so that experts can be contacted and dispatched without delay.
Once on site, Maven’s team focuses on:

Adverse Event Procedure Creation
Our experts can work with your business to create adverse event processes and procedures or improve on existing procedures. Fast growing companies often do not have adverse event processes and procedures in place that match their size and level of exposure. Maven Companies can audit your current situation and work with you to implement processes and procedures to match your level of exposure including safety concerns, adverse event response protocol and recovery.
